“When this battle is over, let’s be together.” Believing in the promise she exchanged with Dag, the Hero, Aura, a priestess, finally succeeds in defeating the Demon King. However, the love she risked her life for ends in a cruel betrayal. Right before her eyes, Dag vows to marry the Imperial Princess and coldly declares, as if mocking her, “You’re of no use to me anymore.” As Aura struggles with her heartbreak, Marvi, the shield-bearer and fellow member of their party, reaches out to her. Accepting his invitation, Aura travels to a town in a foreign land, where she discovers kindhearted people, a peaceful everyday life, and—something more. A heartwarming story of new beginnings for a group of adventurers who were treated as disposable by the Hero!
