Ayano is a dreamer who is so absorbed in her love for reading that she often neglects the reality around her. In an effort to bring her back to the real world, Ayano’s mother sends her to Noumi Takayuki, a former author who now works as a consulting detective. As Takayuki's assistant, will Ayano discover a reason to appreciate the world she lives in? Additionally, will she be able to assist Takayuki in overcoming his inner struggles?
