Boys Love revolves around a teenage boy who is asked by his twin sister to impersonate her and confess to the school's most admired honor student on her behalf. Believing that he would undoubtedly face rejection from her seemingly flawless and distant crush, he musters up his bravery and confesses, only to be taken aback by a surprising "yes" as a reply. Despite his internal conflict, the boy continues to impersonate his sister and begins a relationship with him. However, one day the honor student discovers the truth about the love confession.
