One day, Cynthia discovers that she has been reincarnated as the villainess in an otome game. Aware that the main heroine is aiming for her fiancé, Eddie, she decides to break off the engagement willingly and starts looking for a new partner as a noble lady. The person she selects is Shiraiya Brook—a so-called "villainous noble son" in the game, infamous for bringing about a tragic bad ending due to a yandere obsession. Even though he has faced a difficult upbringing and has been mistreated despite his noble lineage, Shiraiya is skilled, humble, diligent—and conceals a delicate beauty behind his long bangs. Understanding his genuine character and steadfast loyalty, Cynthia resolves: "If you’ve been mistreated… then I’ll be the one to love you." This tale follows a villainess who rescues (and falls in love with) a yandere villain—initiating a reverse Cinderella romance.
